Scans stay with the exam coordinator. Feedback is saved privately on the server and is not shown in the student view. Records remain until the coordinator archives them; closing the browser does not delete them.
Recognized text may contain errors. Compare it with the original paper. Diagrams are retained on the paper when no dependable transcription is available. The tool does not publish official grades.
Keep your code private. It expires on the date set by the coordinator, who can also revoke it. A workspace session lasts up to 12 hours.
